BeatDiabetes phone application.
Type II diabetics sign up for this program. The pilot study had financial incentive. Patient is received texts multiple times a day depending on their needs and their complexity of diabetes. Most reported very positive feedback, improvement in A1c's, felt like texting helped him stay on track, improved glucose testing and medication compliance.
